Policies

Montford Inn is a non-smoking facility and a no smoking policy is signed upon check-in. Outdoor smoking areas are available. We also appreciate your honoring our policy of no pets. All children are always welcome.

Pets are not allowed.

****Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Check-out is by 12pm noon.****

Deposit Policy

Reservations booked online must be secured by a deposit equal to one night’s stay with a major charge card (guest’s card WILL BE CHARGED WHEN BOOKED ONLINE). If you do not wish to process the reservation in this manner please call the Montford Inn (local 405-321-2200 or toll-free 800-321-8969), between the hours of 8am and 10pm CST. If paying with a check or cash a credit card number is still needed to secure the reservation. Arrangements for payment in this manner can be made over the phone.

Cancellation Policy

For most reservations***, with at least 5 days notice, we will gladly issue a gift certificate for a visit within six months, or refund your deposit less a $15 per room processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within 5 days of the stay, the guest will be charged for the entire reservation unless we re-rent the room. If a guest does not call and cancel or change the reservation, the guest will be charged the full amount with no refunds.

Event Weekends and Holidays

Certain events in Norman are high-demand (OU Home Football, Graduation/Commencement, Parent’s Weekends, New Year’s Eve, Valentines’ Day, etc…) thus there is a 30 day cancellation policy for these events. Some of them may be one-time events at the University or in Norman and it is the discretion of the Montford Inn to determine if it is a 30-day cancellation policy. If the guest cancels within 30 days of the reservation they are responsible for the entire reservation unless we can re-rent the room(s).
